The kick-off meeting for the construction of FHT project in Indonesia was held by CBL

CBL General Manager Liu Feng hosted a kick-off meeting for the construction of the FHT project in Indonesia on July 8, 2021 in Nanchang, Jiangxi. In the meeting, GM listened to the current project progress, discussed pre-construction preparation with others and arranged the next phase of the company's working plan. Tang Honghui, CBL’s Chief Engineer, as well as department heads and other staff attended the Nanchang meeting offline or online.

After listening to the report on the progress of the project at this stage and discussing the pre-construction preparation, General Manager Liu Feng put forward preparation requirements for the project advancement, emphasizing the importance of logistical support that the issue of food, clothing, housing and transportation for employees on the island and epidemic prevention materials must be guaranteed, and all the managers should make preparations in advance to solve the worries. He also emphasized that everyone should be project-centered and task-oriented, plan in advance, coordinate and mobilize resources horizontally in the work, and all the departments should support and share resources.

In addition, he put forward detailed arrangements and requirements on the organizational structure establishment of FHT, the information construction of the company, and the way of promoting various work of the project. 

Later, Mr. Liu Feng put forward "Three initiatives" for the company's managers: to be tough and foresighted during the career pursuit; to maintain close communication and supports to internal and external partners; to be innovative instead of setting obstacles in respect of business and technical issues.

The meeting was held in Nanchang. The company advocated everyone to learn the core spirit of the "Army Building", hold the concept of persistence and faith in the work, unite and cooperate, maintain a positive atmosphere, and strive to overcome difficulties.
